The move marks Aurora Plastics’ second acquisition this year and represents the company’s initial expansion into thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) and further expansion into the company’s flexible PVC capabilities. S&E builds on Aurora Plastics’ ongoing commitment to offering the highest quality PVC products in the industry, backed by the best customer service.

The acquisition of S&E Specialty Polymers further expands Aurora Plastics’ supply chain and manufacturing footprint across the United States and Canada, allowing more efficient support for customers. Aurora Plastics’ four PVC compound production facilities are located in Streetsboro, Ohio; Welcome, North Carolina; Marieville, Quebec; and Lunenburg, Massachusetts. In his role, Walter is responsible for supply chain functions, including planning, inventory, transportation and logistics. Walter brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in supply chain strategy, logistics management and production planning. Prior to joining Aurora Plastics, Walter served as the service and logistics manager for Avery Dennison. He held other roles at Avery Dennison, including regional planning manager, materials manager and enterprise lean sigma project leader.
